Welcome to the Dolomites — and the beginning of eight unforgettable days on the bike.

After our group transfer to Alta Badia, we'll check into our hotel, assemble and check the bikes and get everyone settled before heading out together for an easy afternoon ride.

From Corvara, we'll ride through La Villa and San Cassiano towards Armentarola, following beautiful valley roads surrounded by some of the most dramatic mountain scenery in Europe.

Today isn't about kilometres or climbing. The gentle rolling route is designed to loosen the legs after travelling, make sure you're comfortable on your bike and give you your first taste of riding in the Dolomites.

We'll keep the pace relaxed, regroup along the way and take plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and the Ladin villages of Alta Badia.

Back at the hotel, we'll come together for our welcome dinner, talk through the week ahead and get to know the riders you'll be sharing the journey with.

Today's focus: Settle in. Meet the group. Enjoy your first kilometres in the Dolomites.

Today we settle into the Dolomites with a beautiful ride through the Val Badia and some of the region's traditional Ladin villages.

Leaving Alta Badia, we'll make our way down the valley towards San Martin de Tor before turning towards Longiarü for our first proper climb of the tour.

The climb to Longiarü is approximately 5 km and provides the perfect opportunity to find your rhythm in the mountains without taking on one of the major Dolomite passes just yet.

We'll regroup along the way, stop for coffee in Longiarü and take time to enjoy the spectacular Puez-Odle peaks and surrounding scenery.

From Longiarü, we'll make our way back through Val Badia, with the gradual rise home providing a little more work for the legs before an early finish.

Back at the hotel, there's plenty of time to relax and enjoy the afternoon before we come together again in the evening.

Today's focus: Find your rhythm. Enjoy the scenery. Settle into riding in the Dolomites.

Today we head higher into the Dolomites for our first big mountain experience of the tour.

Leaving Alta Badia, we'll climb the Passo Campolongo before descending towards Arabba and continuing through the spectacular mountain landscape towards Passo Falzarego.

From Falzarego, we'll continue to Passo Valparola at 2,192 metres before making our way back towards Alta Badia via San Cassiano.

With approximately 56 kilometres and 1,250 metres of climbing, today is a step up — but there's no need to race from one summit to the next. Ride at your own pace, settle into your climbing rhythm and we'll regroup at each major pass.

Along the way, the scenery is as much a part of the day as the riding, with views towards Andraz Castle, the Col di Lana, Cinque Torri and the dramatic mountains surrounding Lagazuoi.

We'll take our time, stop to refuel and make sure everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy being high in the Dolomites rather than simply ticking off the climbs.

Back at the hotel, it's time to recover — because tomorrow brings one of the great experiences in European cycling.

Tomorrow: Sellaronda Bike Day. Four legendary passes. No cars.

Today is one of those cycling experiences you'll remember for the rest of your life.

For Sellaronda Bike Day, the four legendary mountain passes surrounding the Sella massif close to motor traffic, leaving the roads to cyclists for an extraordinary day in the Dolomites.

We'll ride directly from Corvara and follow the classic anticlockwise loop, taking on Passo Gardena, Passo Sella, Passo Pordoi and Passo Campolongo.

It's approximately 53 kilometres with 1,700 metres of climbing, but today isn't a race. There are no finishing times to chase and no prizes for reaching the next summit first. Find your rhythm, stop when you want to take in the views and enjoy the rare experience of riding these spectacular roads without cars.

We'll regroup throughout the ride, with time for coffee, photographs and refuelling along the way.

The scenery is extraordinary — the Sassolungo, the Sella massif, views towards the Marmolada and the Fausto Coppi memorial on Passo Pordoi all form part of today's experience.

Four famous passes. One spectacular loop. And for one day, the roads belong to cyclists.

Back in Alta Badia, we'll celebrate an unforgettable day together.

Today we leave our first Dolomites base behind and ride to our new home in Dobbiaco.

While our luggage travels separately with the support vehicle, we'll set off from Alta Badia and make our way down through Val Badia towards Brunico.

From Brunico, we'll join the Pusteria cycle path and continue towards Dobbiaco, following a predominantly gentle route through the beautiful South Tyrolean landscape.

At approximately 75 kilometres with around 650 metres of climbing, this is a longer day in distance but considerably easier on the climbing than the mountain passes we've experienced over the previous two days.

We'll stop along the way for coffee and lunch, with opportunities to enjoy Brunico's historic centre and the villages of the Pusteria Valley before continuing towards Dobbiaco.

Standard Ride: Approximately 75 km / 650 m from Alta Badia to Dobbiaco.

Shorter Ride: Transfer to Brunico and join the group for approximately 32 km / 450 m along the cycle path to Dobbiaco.

There's no need to choose your option months in advance. We'll talk through the routes during the tour so you can decide what suits your legs on the day.

When we arrive in Dobbiaco, your luggage will be waiting and we'll settle into our second base for the final part of our Dolomites adventure.

Today's focus: Travel by bike. Recover from the big passes. Enjoy the journey.

Today we take on one of the most spectacular cycling experiences in the Dolomites — Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

Leaving Dobbiaco, we'll ride past Lago di Landro and towards the beautiful Lago di Misurina before beginning the climb towards Tre Cime.

From Misurina, the road climbs approximately 7 kilometres to Rifugio Auronzo at 2,320 metres, directly beneath the extraordinary rock towers of Tre Cime di Lavaredo. The final ramps are steep, so today is about pacing yourself, riding within your limits and enjoying the experience rather than chasing a time.

At the top, we'll regroup, celebrate the climb and take time for those unforgettable summit photographs.

Full Ride: Approximately 92 km / 1,650 m, continuing via Passo Tre Croci, Cortina d'Ampezzo and Cimabanche before returning to Dobbiaco.

Tre Cime Option: Approximately 15 km / 570 m. Transfer to Misurina and concentrate your riding on the climb to Tre Cime, with support available so you can experience the headline climb without needing to complete the full 92-kilometre route.

Whichever option you choose, you've experienced the same extraordinary destination. There is no expectation that everyone completes the longest route.

We'll regroup throughout the day, with time to enjoy the scenery, refuel and stop for coffee in Cortina before returning to Dobbiaco.

Today's focus: Choose your challenge. Ride at your pace. Experience Tre Cime.

Our final day on the bike is about enjoying the Dolomites, the company and the kilometres we've shared throughout the week.

Leaving Dobbiaco, we'll make our way towards the beautiful Lago di Braies, following the gentle climb through the Braies Valley to one of the most spectacular lakes in the Dolomites.

We'll take time at the lake to enjoy the scenery, grab some photographs and simply appreciate where we are before continuing our ride towards San Candido.

Today isn't about chasing summits. At approximately 48 kilometres with around 600 metres of climbing, it's deliberately designed as a relaxed social ride after our bigger days in the mountains.

We'll make time for a long lunch in San Candido before enjoying the final kilometres of our Dolomites adventure, including Lago di Dobbiaco on our return.

There's no need to empty the tank today. Ride together, enjoy the scenery and take in those final kilometres.

Back in Dobbiaco, we'll come together for our farewell dinner — great food, a few drinks and plenty of stories from an extraordinary week.

From the car-free passes of the Sellaronda to Tre Cime di Lavaredo, we've experienced some of the most memorable cycling roads in the Dolomites.

Today's focus: Ride together. Long lunch. Finish with a smile.

After an unforgettable week in the Dolomites, enjoy one final relaxed breakfast together in Dobbiaco before it's time to say goodbye.

Take in those final mountain views, enjoy one last Italian coffee and spend some time with the group before we pack up and begin our transfer to the departure airport.

Over eight days, we've ridden through the beautiful Ladin villages of Alta Badia, climbed the great passes of the Dolomites, experienced the extraordinary car-free Sellaronda Bike Day, travelled from Alta Badia to Dobbiaco by bike and taken on the spectacular Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

But the week has been about much more than kilometres and climbing. It's been about extraordinary roads, dramatic mountain scenery, Italian and South Tyrolean food, new friendships and sharing experiences that will stay with you long after you've returned home.

After breakfast, we'll transfer as a group to our nominated departure airport, where our Bikey Tours Dolomites adventure comes to an end.
